- When will the keys be handed over? Either at the flat, by appointment with Property Services, or at the laundry shop, Galerie Marchande Flaine Forum. (from 4.00 pm, except by prior agreement with Property Services).
- Access to the flat is possible from 16:00 on the day of arrival, and it must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- A guarantee of 300 eur will be requested on entering the flat, and will be returned to you on leaving, unless damage and/or defects are found.
- A cleaning service is available for the day of your departure. The rate is 66 eur. Reservation through Property Services.
- Bed linen and towels are available for hire from Property Services.
- Flaine station is a car-free station. Loading and unloading of the car is possible free of charge in front of the residence during 1h30. After that, parking your car is not a problem. A (paying) car park is available just above the residence. Free parking is available at the Pierre Carrée pass, access (free) by free shuttle bus (ski bus).

- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
Access to Flaine:
- By road:
- Follow the A40 motorway towards Geneva/Chamonix, take exit n° 19: Cluses Centre. The direction of Flaine is signposted from this point: turn right on the N205 (direction Sallanches) for 2 km, then turn left at the roundabout (D106 direction Flaine/LesCarroz).
- At this intersection, you are only 30/40 minutes from Flaine.

- By plane :
- The ski resort is easily accessible from all over France and Europe to Geneva airport (70 km).
- Connections are provided by transport companies and taxis between Geneva and Flaine during the season (winter and summer).
- By train :
- The closest TGV stations to Flaine are those of Cluses (30 km) and Geneva (70 km).
- You can then take the bus connections from Cluses, taxis and passenger transport from any station.
