- A breakfast is served on demand in the main house. Guests have the choice of breakfast in their studio if they wish, having their own kitchen. Prices on demand.
- During special events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix, different prices may be applicable.
- Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am latest.
- Bedlinen and towels are furnished.
- If available, a sauna with a capacity of 6 is at your disposal. The contribution to the costs is € 30 per session, shower and towels included.
- Car parking on site is not a problem and there is also a possibility to park your motorcycle or bike in a garage.
- Access: motorway E42 from Brussels, Antwerp, Liege or Maastricht. Exit 11 Malmedy. Count 1 h 45 departing from Brussels.
- You can reach Malmedy in 7 minutes, Stavelot is only 15 minutes away by car. You can reach the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps in 15 minutes, the town of Spa in 25 minutes and Verviers in 30 minutes. The E42 motorway is 8 minutes away.
